AGRI - INDUSTRIALISATION OF EAST AFRICAN COUNTRY - ONGOING

International Project launched with professionals from around the globe, and system engineers from South Africa, We were able to Develop, Quantify, analyse and simulate industrial process requirements. This provided invaluable costing and planning intelligence, and informed each of 4 URBAN CENTRES in the Countrys Urban Design, by functionality, Serviceability, Accessibility, and produce yield. A totally science and data driven outcome through collaborations with specialists. Over 40 fully functional typologies of buildings were developed, to be scalable and modular.

REGIONAL HQ for Large Developer in Pretoria

Proximity of building to SAHRA registered residence of Mr. Konya, a legendary Architect in his time, neccessitated the use of unorthodox construction methodology.

The building was also specifically designed to be able to be DE-constructed, as a matter of sustainability, and sensitivity and respect to the site.
